What We Do
From the roof down to the boundary wall, Exterior Home Care handles the outside of a Singapore property — the cleaning, the repair, the waterproofing, and the finish. Most of these jobs run together on the same visit, which is why the preparation is quoted as part of the work rather than as an extra.
Outdoor Tiling Works
Laying and restoring external floor finishes in crazy paving, natural stone, and outdoor-grade tile. Covers driveways, side yards, walkways, patios, and pool surrounds.
Construct Walls
New external walls built from the footing up and finished in stone cladding, plaster, or paint. Boundary walls, privacy screens, planter walls, and stone-clad feature walls.
Roof Tiles Cleaning
High-pressure jet washing that strips algae, moss, and black streaking off clay and concrete tiles. Brings the original roof colour back without re-tiling.
Roof Tiles Waterproofing
Ridge re-pointing, flashing and pipe sealing, and a full waterproof coating across the tile face. Also carried out on balconies, parapets, and planter boxes.
Outdoor Painting
Full exterior repainting by rope access, pole roller, and scaffold. Walls washed, scraped back, filled, and skim coated before a drop of paint goes on.
